4. Payments and Fees
a. The Client shall make payments to the Agency as outlined in the agreed-upon proposal or contract. Payments are due in accordance with the payment schedule specified in the agreement.
b. Failure to make timely payments may result in a suspension of services or termination of the agreement.
5. Termination
a. Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material term or condition of these Terms and Conditions.
b. In the event of termination, the Client shall pay for any services provided up to the termination date.
6. Confidentiality
Both the Agency and the Client agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or incidental damages arising out of or in connection with the services provided. The Agency's liability for any claims, damages, or losses shall be limited to the total fees paid by the Client to the Agency.
8. Governing Law
